For the first time in years the temperature on sunday race day wasn't 200 degrees
which made for a much more enjoyable sit in the sardine cans they call grandstands.
We were able to enjoy an entertaining race with crashes, passes and gasses(?) and
one of our favourite drivers, Paul Tracy placing second behind his teammate
Dario Franchitti.
Many thanks go out to Angela who gave Jeff a radio scanner last Christmas
which was used at the Indy to hear all the drivers talk with their pits.
Who knew there were so many swear words in Spanish and Portuguese?
